Local Watermark Mode: your photos stay on your device. Watermark rendering happens in-browser, and we do not upload local-only watermark images to our servers.
Publish Mode (opt-in, private beta): when you explicitly choose social publishing, selected media is uploaded so we can prepare templates, queue posts, retry failed deliveries, and send to connected social APIs (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business). Publish Mode is currently limited to approved test accounts and is not available to all users.
Publish Mode is gated behind account-level approval. Users must sign in with an approved account before Publish Mode appears in the app or before publish API actions are allowed.
Publish Mode media is stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We keep minimal audit metadata (draft IDs, channel status, timestamps, and error logs) for troubleshooting and compliance tracking.
Before any publish action, users must confirm patient consent documentation, PHI safety checks, and clinic policy acknowledgement. If these confirmations are missing, publishing is blocked.
If you sign in with Google, we save a few basic things to manage your account:
We do not store your Google password, bank details, or any patient photos.
To help us improve the tool, we track minimal usage data via Google Analytics/Firebase:
All payments are done through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc). We don't collect or store any payment card or bank information. After you pay, you confirm it in the app and we manually verify it.
We save a small amount of data in your browser so things work smoothly even when you're offline — like remembering your plan and how many photos you've used today.
That's it. No hidden trackers. No ads tracking you.
Just email us at [email protected] and we'll remove everything within 7 days.
